Sullivan Park Care Center is hiring a Dietary Aide to support meal service and kitchen operations. The role involves setting up trays, assisting with serving meals, and ensuring dishes are washed and the kitchen stays clean.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to follow recipes and procedures. Training will be provided, with a focus on food safety and teamwork in a supportive environment. Salary is paid hourly with benefits.

Qualificações

• Ability to read technical procedures.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
• Basic math for portions and measurements.

Responsabilidades

• Set up meal trays.
• Wash dishes by stripping down returned trays and operating the dishwasher.
• Assist with serving the different meals.
• Check and record water temperature of dishwasher.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and maintain floors.
