You will strip down returned trays, wash dishes, operate the dishwasher, and help with nourishments and snacks while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain and maintain food handlers' certificate.

Responsibilities

• Learn food service routines and adapt quickly to shift needs.
• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Operate dishwasher and monitor water temperatures.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks; sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Keep work surfaces and refrigerators clean; participate in training.
