Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Operate the dishwashing machine and monitor water temps.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks for residents.
• Sweep, mop and sanitize kitchen surfaces and floors.
• Assist with cleaning refrigerators and work surfaces.
• Participate in orientation and training of dietary staff.
