Job summary

Regency IHS Clinical Consulting LLC is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in food preparation and meal service for residents. You will follow the CDM's direction and state guidelines to ensure meals are prepared safely and served properly.

The role involves setting up trays, stocking carts, bussing tables, and cleaning the dining area. A high school diploma and a Texas Food Handler Certificate are preferred; prior commercial kitchen experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have Texas Food Handler Certificate.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and cooking following universal precautions and regulations.
• Prepare and serve beverages and meals to residents.
• Set up and pass trays for meal service, stock snack cart, buss tables and trays.
• Clean the kitchen work area and dishwashing areas; follow handwashing guidelines.
• Complete additional projects as assigned by the CDM or Executive Director.
