Job summary

Laredo South Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with food prep and meal service for residents. You will follow universal precautions, prepare beverages, set up trays, stock a snack cart, buss tables, and clean the kitchen workspace and dishes.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent; Texas Food Handler Certificate is required. Prior commercial kitchen experience is preferred, and adherence to state regulations is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have Texas Food Handler Certificate.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
