Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Waterman in Tavares, FL is hiring a full-time dietary aide. The role involves assisting with meal preparation, service, and cleanup for residents and events, in line with standards and policies.

You will support cooks, handle trays, nourishments, desserts, and beverages while maintaining handwashing and sanitation practices. We offer benefits such as health insurance, daily pay, 401k matching, generous PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Purpose of Your Job Position

The primary purpose of your job position is to perform a variety of tasks usually not requiring cooking skills in the preparation, service, and clean-up for meals served to residents and staff in the nursing center and other special events, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and Solaris HealthCare’s established policies and procedures.
