Job summary

Edenbrook of Sheboygan, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, is looking for a Full-time Dietary Aide for our wonderful facility. This role supports residents with meals and ensures dietary needs are met with care.

The position runs 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 4-5 days per week, including every other weekend and every other holiday. A friendly team and supportive environment await.

Qualifications

• Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas.
• Reading tray cards and ensuring meals follow residents' dietary needs.
• Adhering to health and safety procedures during food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas
• Serving food to residents in the lunchroom/bringing food to residents in their rooms
• Reading tray cards and ensuring meals are served accurately according to residents' dietary needs
• Cleaning eating areas after meals
• Bringing in delivered food items from vendors/providers and stocking the pantry/fridge/freezer
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures during the process of food preparation
• Additional duties as assigned

Position: Dietary Aide (Full Time)

Work Schedule

• FT Dietary Aide - 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 4-5 days a week including every other weekend and every other holiday.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas
• Serving food to residents in the lunchroom/bringing food to residents in their rooms
• Reading tray cards and ensuring meals are served accurately according to residents' dietary needs, including special diets
• Cleaning eating areas after meals
• Bringing in delivered food items from vendors/providers and stocking the pantry/fridge/freezer
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures during the process of food preparation
• Additional duties as assigned
