Job summary

As a Dietary Aide you will assist with meal service, maintain clean dining and kitchen areas, and follow health and safety guidelines. Reliability, teamwork, and compassionate resident care are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas.
• Serving food to residents in the lunchroom/bringing food to residents in their rooms.
• Cleaning eating areas after meals.
• Bringing in delivered food items from vendors/providers and stocking the pantry/fridge/freezer.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures during the process of food preparation.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Position: Dietary Aide (Part-time)

Schedule:Part-time either day or evening shift (6am-10am or 4pm-7pm)

We are looking for a positive and reliable Dietary Aide who understands how important his/her work is to providing quality care for residents.

Main responsibilities:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas
• Serving food to residents in the lunchroom/bringing food to residents in their rooms
• Cleaning eating areas after meals
• Bringing in delivered food items from vendors providers and stocking the pantry/fridge/freezer
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures during the process of food preparation
