Qualifications

• Comply with established sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Set up the salad bar and prepare vegetables, salads and other salad bar items neatly.
• Ensure the salad bar is attractive and visually appealing.
• Follow portion control guidelines when preparing food.
• Record dish machine temperatures as required.
• Follow daily cleaning assignments for the dining room and kitchen.
