Job summary

MediLodge Sterling is hiring a PRN Dietary Aide – No Experience Required. You will assist with the preparation and service of meals for residents and staff, following food safety practices and schedules.

Qualifications

• Tenth grade or above desirable.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred, or other state/county required certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and/or pre-portions food for regular and therapeutic diets according to the planned menu.
• Uses standardized recipes to prepare items and ensure appetizing presentation.
• Delivers meals and snacks to designated areas on time.
• Maintains proper food temperatures during preparation and service and logs temperatures.
