MediLodge of Monroe is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. In this role, you will assist in food preparation and service for residents and staff, following food safety standards and standardized recipes.

Qualificações

• Tenth grade or above desirable.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred, or other food safety certification as required in state or county of facility.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and/or pre-portions food for meals and special events using proper food handling techniques.
• Utilizes standardized recipes to prepare menu items and presents food attractively.
• Delivers meals and snacks to designated areas according to schedules.
• Maintains proper food temperatures during preparation and service and records temperatures.
• Serves resident meals and snacks according to the planned menu and diet orders.
• Keeps work area clean and uncluttered and performs cleaning tasks with proper chemicals.
• Assists in receiving, storing, and verifying invoices for incoming food and supplies.
• Ensures adequate stock levels and reports shortages to supervisor.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment safely and reports issues promptly.
• Collaborates with team and residents to provide quality service.
