Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service by assembling trays and delivering meal carts.
• Maintain cleanliness by disposing of refuse according to policies.
• Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies (first in, first out).
• Follow menus and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
