Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service: assemble trays and deliver to dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness by disposing of refuse per procedures.
• Manage supplies: rotate food and floor items (FIFO) as required.
• Prepare foods by following menus and recipes safely and efficiently.
• Serve meals according to recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Sanitize equipment: wash, sanitize, and store dishes and cooking tools.
