Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service: assemble trays and deliver meal carts to dining areas.
• Maintain Cleanliness: dispose of refuse per department policies.
• Manage Supplies: deliver and rotate food and floor supplies (FIFO).
• Prepare Foods: follow menus and recipes to prepare meals safely.
• Serve Meals: portion and serve according to recipes and instructions.
• Sanitize Equipment: wash, sanitize, and store dishes and equipment properly.
