Pearl of Elk Grove is seeking a dedicated Dietary Service Aide to support resident meals and front-line dining operations. You will assist in meal prep, serve dishes, and help maintain a clean, safe dining environment in a warm, home-like setting.

Ideal candidates bring prior dietary aide experience, knowledge of sanitation standards, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with food service certification considered a plus.

Formación

• Experience as a dietary aide or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to prepare meals per set instructions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physically able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• HS diploma or equivalent; food service certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under guidance of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver meals to rooms on time.
• Assist with post-meal cleanup and clearing areas.
• Maintain hygiene by proper disposal and garbage removal.
• Keep food stations clean and wash dishes and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory.
• Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances.
