Job summary

Fleet Landing WELLInspired Living in New York is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to perform dining services, including kitchen preparation, tray assembly, and dining room service for residents.

You will follow all guidelines and work as part of a compassionate team; institutional food service experience is preferred but not required, with comprehensive orientation and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in institutional food service preferred.
• Orientation, regulatory training and on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assembles room trays from tray line steam table cook and places in room delivery carts.
• Sets up beverage cart and soup cart and delivers to skilled care dining room. Serves residents
• Cleans and re-sets tables for next meal service.
• Carries soiled linen to laundry.
• Returns beverage cart to kitchen and restocks for next meal.
• Stocks snacks, thickened liquids, canned juices. Restock food deliveries as needed
• Sweeps dining room as required, prepares condiments, and rolls silverware.
