Job summary

Fleet Landing is seeking a Dietary Aide to perform dining services duties, including kitchen preparation and food tray preparation, with dining room service. The role ensures compliance with all legal and company guidelines and supports successful aging in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• Institutional food service background desired but not required.
• Regulatory training and on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assembles room trays from tray line steam table cook and places in room delivery carts.
• Sets up beverage cart and soup cart and delivers to dining room. Serves residents.
• Cleans and re-sets tables for next meal service.
• Carries soiled linen to laundry.
• Returns beverage cart to kitchen and restocks for next meal.
• Stocks snacks, thickened liquids, canned juices. Restock food deliveries as needed
• Sweeps dining room as required, prepares condiments, and rolls silverware.
