Elevate Care in Waukegan, IL is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support residents with nourishing, appetizing meals and attentive service.

In this role you will assist with meal service, keep dining and kitchen areas clean and safe, support the dietary team, and help residents with dietary preferences while following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service – help prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents according to dietary needs.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Sanitation – keep dining and kitchen areas clean and sanitized at all times.
• Support Dietary Team – assist in food prep, portioning, and delivery to ensure timely service.
• Assist with Special Diets – provide support for residents with low-sodium, low-sugar, or vegetarian diets.
• Stock & Maintain Supplies – assist with inventory and replenishment of kitchen supplies.
• Work Closely with Residents – provide friendly service and ensure resident satisfaction with meals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Stock & Maintain Supplies – Assist with inventory management and ensure kitchen supplies are replenished as needed.
• Work Closely with Residents – Offer friendly service and ensure resident satisfaction with meals.

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience in Dietary or Food Service (Preferred).
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Sanitation Guidelines.
• Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills.
• Ability to Lift and Carry Supplies as Needed.
