Job summary

Aventura at Assumption Village is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide/Dishwasher to support our resident dining program. You will set up dining areas, assist in meal preparation under guidance, and deliver trays to rooms with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a dietary aide or similar role.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines for kitchen operations.
• Ability to assist meal preparation following instructions and using cookware.
• Friendly demeanor with good communication skills.
• Physical ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision, following safety standards.
• Deliver dishes and trays to rooms on time.
• Assist with post-meal cleanup and clearing of tables.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and garbage.
• Keep food stations and equipment clean and sanitized.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and inventory.
• Contribute to upkeep of kitchen appliances and tools.
