Qualifications

• Experience as a dietary aide with strong service mindset.
• Uphold sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to prepare meals per instructions.

• Physically fit for fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under guidance of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays to rooms on time.
• Assist with post-meal cleanup and clear dining areas.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing leftovers and taking out garbage.
• Keep food stations clean and wash dishes and utensils.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and maintain inventory.
• Contribute to upkeep of kitchen equipment and appliances.
