Job summary

FPACP Houston LLC is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation, delivery and service in a long-term care environment. You will support cooks, help with setup and cleanup, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a care-focused setting.

Requirements include a ROCKSTAR attitude, ability to communicate in English, and a Food Handlers Certification. Healthcare experience is preferred, and dailyPay is offered as a benefit.

Qualifications

• Must have a ROCKSTAR attitude.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook with food preparation and delivery and/or collect and wash dishes/utensils, ensuring highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Properly handle chemicals and cleaning compounds using PPE and safety guidelines.
• Maintain sanitary and safe work areas in accordance with policies.
• Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing walls and equipment while wearing PPE.
• Report equipment needing service or repair immediately.
• Adhere to department dress code and attendance policies.
• Promote positive customer service with residents, family members, guests and team members.
