This role emphasizes compassion for older adults and high-quality service. The position requires strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with a schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 3.5 days per week and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, plating, and food service.
• Serve meals according to resident dietary needs and preferences.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and supplies.
• Support inventory management and notify supervisors when stock is low.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure efficient meal service.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Support inventory management and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished

• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous food service, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
