Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is hiring a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility in New Hampshire. You will support resident nutrition, adhere to dietary restrictions, and maintain a clean kitchen and dining area.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and compliance with safety standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with ServSafe certification being state-mandated where applicable, and residency within the service area is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must lift up to 30 pounds, push up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required per state law.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
