Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will work with a supportive team to ensure meals meet dietary needs and portion controls while adhering to safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment. A high school diploma is preferred; ServSafe/food handler certification may be required by state law, and residency within the service area is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification may be required by state law.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
