Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will support daily dining operations and ensure meals meet nutritional and safety standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate service, and adherence to policies. Training is provided, and the environment is supportive for growth in food service within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must meet local COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required by state law.
• Residence within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
