Job summary

CRISTA Senior Living in Silverdale, WA is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to provide Christ-centered dining service to residents. You will take food orders, portion meals, and help maintain a sanitary kitchen and dining room in alignment with CRISTA’s values.

This full-time AM shift includes weekends, with compensation of $17.13–$18.50 per hour, health insurance, retirement plans with CRISTA match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Be a committed Christian aligned with CRISTA's values.
• Has a Washington State Food Handler’s permit.
• Read, write, and communicate in English at functional level.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Take resident food orders and deliver meals courteous, timely.
• Prepare and portion meals according to menus and dietary guidelines.
• Serve food and beverages in dining room or deliver meal trays to rooms.
• Assist with preparing special diets as directed.
• Clear and reset tables for the next service.
• Maintain HACCP knowledge to keep dining room and kitchen sanitary.
• Attend meetings and complete annual training.
• Train new employees and assist with catering events.
