Job summary

The Chatfield Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support nutrition and resident care in a full-time role. You will assemble meal trays, deliver carts, and help maintain a clean and safe dining area, following documented procedures and recipes.

Candidate should be dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team while ensuring resident satisfaction and high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service by assembling trays and delivering meal carts to dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness by disposing of refuse according to policies.
• Manage supplies by delivering and rotating food and floor items (FIFO).
• Prepare foods by following menus and recipes to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Serve meals by portioning and following recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Sanitize equipment by washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes and utensils.
