We are currently seeking an experienced Dietary Aide to support the dietary department, assist cooks, and provide meals and beverages to residents in a clean, sanitary setting. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read diet cards and speak English.
• Demonstrate neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist the cook on duty with non-cooking duties and ensure sanitary, safe, and pleasant dietary conditions for patients and others served by the Dietary Department.
• Follow planned menu and prepare food and beverages according to tested recipes and established procedures.
• Provide food service to residents and assist in serving beverages and tray cart.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, silverware, etc.
• Clean, sanitize, sweep, and mop work areas.
• Assist with duties of the Cook and Assistant Cook in preparation of meals, drinks, supplements, and snacks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
