Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook on duty by performing non-cooking duties and help ensure sanitary, safe and pleasant dietary conditions for patients.
• Follow planned menu and prepare food and beverages according to tested recipes and established procedures.
• Provide food service to residents and assist in serving beverages and tray cart.
• Wash, rinse and sanitize all dishes, silverware, etc.
• Clean, sanitize, sweep and mop work areas.
• Assist with duties of the Cook and Assistant Cook in meal preparation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
