Job summary

Twin Lakes Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, food safety, and sanitation in a resident-centered setting. You will assist with meals, maintain records, and help ensure timely service according to daily schedules.

As a team member in our skilled nursing facilities, you will follow established procedures, uphold high standards of cleanliness, and contribute to a positive work environment with training and competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality meals and baked goods per the planned menu.
• Prepare daily transaction verification reports.
• Maintain sanitary storage of food and proper handling.
• Serve meals according to schedules and policies.
• Operate and care for kitchen equipment safely (knives, etc).
• Coordinate and assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and cooking/serving equipment.
• Follow established food safety regulations and the uniform policy.
• Connect with the Manager daily to understand and accurately prepare menu for the day.
