Seven Lakes Assisted Living is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to join our culinary team and assist in providing nutritious, high-quality meals to residents. You will help with meal preparation, portioning, serving, and ensuring dining areas are clean and compliant with food safety standards, while supporting residents with their meal experience and dietary requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in a food service role preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meal assistance: prepare, portion, and serve meals according to dietary plans.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Provide meal assistance and positive dining experiences for residents.
• Follow food safety protocols and proper storage/handling.
• Assist with inventory and notifying shortages of supplies.
• Support dietary team and assist with meal prep and service.
• Fulfill special dietary requests and resident preferences.
