Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Dispose of refuse in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies according to standards (first in, first out).
• Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly.
