Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services' Bastrop facility is seeking a Dietary Aide to support the Certified Dietary Manager in preparing and serving meals to residents, and to assist with dining hall cleanup after meals.

Responsibilities include following safety guidelines, assisting with food prep, beverage service, tray setup, and dishwashing, with preference for candidates who have a high school diploma and a Texas Food Handler Certificate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Texas Food Handler Certificate required.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations
• Preparing and serving beverages
• Setting up and passing trays for meal service
• Stocking snack cart
• bussing of tables and trays
• Cleaning the kitchen work area
• Dishwashing
• Follow proper handwashing guidelines
• Additional special projects or tasks can be assigned at times by the CDM or the Executive Director
