Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, and 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use supplies economically and use equipment without jeopardizing safety.
• Demonstrate neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to read diet cards, speak English, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist the cook on duty with non-cooking tasks and some cooking tasks while ensuring sanitary, safe, and pleasant dietary conditions for patients.
• Follow planned menus and prepare food and beverages according to tested recipes and procedures.
• Provide food service to residents and assist in serving beverages and tray cart.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, silverware, etc.
