Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Fayetteville, NC seeks an experienced Dietary Aide to support daily dietary operations, follow menus, and ensure sanitary, safe, and pleasant dining for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook on duty by performing non-cooking duties and some cooking-related tasks.
• Follow planned menu and prepare food/beverages according to tested recipes.
• Provide food service to residents and assist in serving beverages and tray cart.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and silverware.
• Clean, sanitize, sweep, and mop work areas.
• Assist with meals, drinks, supplements, and snacks as needed.
