Steelville Care & Rehab Center is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to support meal service for residents. You will assemble food trays, assist with general kitchen tasks, and ensure meals meet dietary needs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak the English Language.
• Professional conduct is essential in a care setting.

• Observe infection prevention practices at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food trays for general and therapeutic diets.
• Deliver meals to resident care units and residents.
• Maintain a clean and organized tray line.
• Assist with preparation of salads, desserts, and nourishments.
• Clean kitchens, walk-in refrigerators, and storage areas.
• Record temperatures and log daily food safety checks.
• Provide respectful, compassionate service to residents and guests.
• Support department teamwork and safety initiatives.
