Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas according to safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and sanitation chemicals.
