Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Dietary Aide to support Highland Park Rehab and Healthcare Center in delivering nutritious meals to residents. You will follow recipe directions, prepare food items, serve meal trays, and maintain hygiene and safety in the dietary area.

The role requires compassion, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and flexible scheduling, including every other weekend. Full-time benefits include PTO and insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Patient, tolerant, and compassionate attitude towards residents and team members.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
