Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions at Arbor Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our residents with nutritious meals and safe service in a busy nursing facility.

You will follow diet orders, prepare and serve meals, manage trays and dishes, and operate dietary equipment while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Availability for an every-other-weekend shift is required and benefits include PTO and insurance for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Patient, tolerant, and compassionate attitude towards residents and team members.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and attention to hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
