Arbors/Ivy Assisted Living in Chicopee, MA is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide (Utility Worker) to keep our kitchen clean, safe, and well organized while supporting the care team.

You’ll mop, sanitize, and maintain equipment daily, handle dishwashing, and perform deep-cleaning as needed; follow health, OSHA, and safety rules; and help out wherever needed to ensure smooth operations and excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous dietary or kitchen experience preferred.
• Dependable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Mop and clean all kitchen areas daily according to health department standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspaces.
• Clean cookware and dishwashing areas nightly.
• Perform regular deep-cleaning of kitchens and dining areas.
• Keep the dishwasher clean and in working order.
• Follow all OSHA and safety procedures.
• Report any accidents or safety concerns immediately.
• Jump in where needed to support the team and keep operations running smoothly.
