Pavilion at Piketon Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team in Piketon, Ohio. You will support all food service functions, assist the Dietitian and Food Services Director, and help ensure residents receive nutritious meals in a clean, safe dining environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to policies, and a caring attitude. A high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass a background check are required.

• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food service functions under the direction of the Dietitian/Director of Food Services.
• Follow established food policies and procedures.
• Assist with serving and delivering meals and snacks.
• Help with cleaning of kitchen areas, equipment, utensils and dishes.
• Set up meal trays, carts and dining areas as instructed.
• Distribute menus and ensure meal portions meet guidelines.
• Maintain a sanitary, safe and organized work environment.
• Support daily cleaning duties and waste removal as directed.
• Assist with food preparation and basic food handling tasks.
• Report shortages or equipment needs to the supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
