Job summary

Elevate Care North Branch is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. The role includes assisting with meal service, ensuring residents receive nutritious meals, and supporting dietary needs. Hours are day hours: 6 am-2 pm or 12 pm-7 pm with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Dietary or Food Service (Preferred).
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Sanitation Guidelines.
• Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills.
• Ability to Lift and Carry Supplies as Needed.
• Compassionate, Resident-Focused Approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service – Help prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents based on their dietary needs.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Organization – Ensure food preparation and dining areas are clean and sanitized at all times.
• Support Dietary Team – Assist in food preparation, portioning, and delivery to ensure timely meal service.
• Assist with Special Diets – Provide support for residents with special dietary needs and preferences, such as low-sodium, low-sugar, or vegetarian diets.
• Stock & Maintain Supplies – Assist with inventory management and ensure kitchen supplies are replenished as needed.
• Work Closely with Residents – Offer friendly service and ensure resident satisfaction with meals.
