Elevate Care is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. You will assist with meal service, maintain cleanliness, and support dietary staff while ensuring residents receive nutritious meals tailored to their dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service – help prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Organization – keep kitchens and dining areas sanitized.
• Support Dietary Team – assist in food prep, portioning and delivery.
• Assist with Special Diets – support residents on low-sodium/low-sugar/vegetarian diets.
• Stock & Maintain Supplies – help with inventory and replenishment of kitchen items.
• Work Closely with Residents – provide friendly service and ensure satisfaction with meals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with Meal Service – Help prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents based on their dietary needs.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Organization – Ensure food preparation and dining areas are clean and sanitized at all times.
• Support Dietary Team – Assist in food preparation, portioning, and delivery to ensure timely meal service.
• Assist with Special Diets – Provide support for residents with special dietary needs and preferences, such as low-sodium, low-sugar, or vegetarian diets.
• Stock & Maintain Supplies – Assist with inventory management and ensure kitchen supplies are replenished as needed.
• Work Closely with Residents – Offer friendly service and ensure resident satisfaction with meals.

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience in Dietary or Food Service (Preferred).
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Sanitation Guidelines.
• Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills.
• Ability to Lift and Carry Supplies as Needed.
• Compassionate, Resident-Focused Approach.
