Elevate Care in Glenview, IL is seeking a Dietary Aide to ensure residents receive nutritious meals and respectful service. You’ll support meal prep, serve meals, and help maintain clean dining areas.

Responsabilités

• Assist with meal service and portioning for residents according to dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchens and dining areas.
• Support dietary team with food preparation, portioning, and delivery.
• Assist residents with special diets (low-sodium, low-sugar, vegetarian) as needed.
• Stock and maintain supplies for meal service.
• Engage with residents to ensure satisfaction with meals.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist with Meal Service – Help prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents based on their dietary needs.
Maintain Cleanliness & Organization – Ensure food preparation and dining areas are clean and sanitized at all times.
Support Dietary Team – Assist in food preparation, portioning, and delivery to ensure timely meal service.
Assist with Special Diets – Provide support for residents with special dietary needs and preferences, such as low-sodium, low-sugar, or vegetarian diets.
Stock & Maintain Supplies – Assist with inventory management and ensure kitchen supplies are replenished as needed.
Work Closely with Residents – Offer friendly service and ensure resident satisfaction with meals.

Qualifications:

Previous Experience in Dietary or Food Service (Preferred).
Knowledge of Food Safety & Sanitation Guidelines.
Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills.
Ability to Lift and Carry Supplies as Needed.
Compassionate, Resident-Focused Approach.
