Job summary

Elevate Care Windsor Park is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team in providing high-quality meals and nutrition to residents. You will assist with meal service, help with food preparation and delivery, and support residents with special dietary needs in a warm, resident-centered environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with Meal Service – Help prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents based on their dietary needs.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Organization – Ensure food preparation and dining areas are clean and sanitized at all times.
• Support Dietary Team – Assist in food preparation, portioning, and delivery to ensure timely meal service.
• Assist with Special Diets – Provide support for residents with special dietary needs and preferences, such as low-sodium, low-sugar, or vegetarian diets.
• Stock & Maintain Supplies – Assist with inventory management and ensure kitchen supplies are replenished as needed.
• Work Closely with Residents – Offer friendly service and ensure resident satisfaction with meals.

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience in Dietary or Food Service (Preferred).
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Sanitation Guidelines.
• Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills.
• Ability to Lift and Carry Supplies as Needed.
• Compassionate, Resident-Focused Approach.
