Job summary

Elevate Care is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team in Glenview, IL. You will assist with meal service, help maintain cleanliness, and support the dietary team to ensure timely, nutritious meals for residents.

Prior dietary or food service experience is preferred; knowledge of food safety guidelines and strong communication are essential. You will collaborate with residents to accommodate special diets and help manage supplies in a supportive environment.

• Ability to lift and carry supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service – help prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents based on dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness & organization – ensure food prep and dining areas are clean and sanitized.
• Support dietary team – assist in food prep, portioning, and delivery for timely meal service.
• Assist with special diets – support residents with low-sodium, low-sugar, or vegetarian diets.
• Stock & maintain supplies – help with inventory and replenish kitchen supplies as needed.
• Work closely with residents – offer friendly service and ensure satisfaction with meals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with Meal Service – Help prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents based on their dietary needs.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Organization – Ensure food preparation and dining areas are clean and sanitized at all times.
• Support Dietary Team – Assist in food preparation, portioning, and delivery to ensure timely meal service.
