Job summary

Ridge Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable Part-Time Dietary Aide to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering meals and supporting the dietary department to ensure residents receive nutritious, enjoyable meals in a clean setting.

Responsibilities include delivering meals, setting up dining areas, and maintaining sanitary service spaces while following food safety protocols. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to provide two forms of identification.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Ridge Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and caring Part-Time Dietary Aide to join our team!

As a Dietary Aide, you'll play an important role in supporting our dietary department and helping ensure our residents receive enjoyable, nutritious meals in a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals and food trays to residents in a timely and courteous manner

• Assist with setting up and maintaining dining areas

• Help prepare and serve meals as directed by the dietary team

• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary food preparation and serving areas

• Wash dishes and assist with kitchen cleanup as needed

• Safely lift and transport meal trays, carts, and supplies as needed

• Monitor pantry and kitchen supplies and notify management when items need to be reordered

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures

• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents and coworkers
