Haven of Ridgeview is seeking compassionate Dietary Aides for part-time AM and PM shifts in Oblong, IL. You will assist in providing residents with enjoyable dining experiences while supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Food service or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and follows dietary guidelines.
• Set up trays, carts, and dining areas.
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen sanitation.
• Prepare and distribute snacks.
• Follow portion control, food safety, and infection control procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents and guests.
