Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food service or dietary experience is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable and dependable; able to work well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, portioning, and serving.
• Prepare and deliver meals and snacks according to established menus and dietary requirements.
• Assist residents with a pleasant and positive dining experience.
• Stock food, supplies, and kitchen items.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas.
• Wash dishes and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Follow all state and federal food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow facility policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure residents receive meals safely, accurately, and on time.
