Complete Care at Whispering is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to support our residents in Morrell Corners, NJ. You will help prepare meals, set dining areas, and deliver trays with care and accuracy.

We value teamwork, safety, and warm hospitality for residents, families, and staff. Prior dietary aide experience is preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dietary aide or in a similar role.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Apt in operating cookware, bakeware and cooking appliances.
• Friendly with good communication skills.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in food services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with emphasis on cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision of a dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms.
• Take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses, etc.
• Discard leftovers and take out garbage.
• Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels and silverware.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory.
• Assist in tracking expenses and menu planning.
• Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances.
